Dominic Cusumano is the President and Founder of Functional Consulting, Inc.  

He is a Residential Licenced Builder,

Residential Developer and General Contractor.  

 

Dominic's  very extensive work experience and expansive business endeavors has presented vast knowledge in every facet of the construction industry.

 

This experience has furthered his cause to take a strong stand of preserving the values on life & health issues and led him to object and resist the smart meter issues that are being deployed nationally.   

Functional Consulting has been very active in exposing the adverse health affects from

smart meters.   As these devices are being deployed, numerous children, adults and the physically challenged are being affected nationally.  

 

Our vision is to prevent such actions from happening.

With our up-to-date technology and resources, we have developed a system to reduce undesirable powerline EMF (Electro-Magnetic Frequency)

radiation levels.
